To apply for membership of the Forest City Archers, please print the application form and mail in along with the cheque for your membership dues to the address below. All members must abide by our Rules and Regulations

All applications must be approved by the Board of Directors of Forest City Archers Inc.

We are affiliated with the Ontario Association of Archers (OAA) for Insurance purposes. Only members in good standing will retain this coverage. This membership expires on December 31, 2004. Memberships are non-transferable.
